Flex Capital, a $200M seed-stage venture capital firm, is looking for a full-time general partner.
This person will be the CEO of the fund and future funds (the next fund is expected to be $250M). Person should have previously founded a venture-backed company.
No venture capital or deep investing experience required (but should have a love of investing).
You can be located anywhere in the US.
You are:
- Former founder of tech company
- Incredibly ambitious and want to build one of the preeminent financial firms with billions of dollars under management
- Very operationally oriented
- Wired to build communities (of founders, investors, LPs, and more)
- Good at developing talent
- High integrity
- Insanely good at execution
- Super hard-working (70+ hours/week) and expect everyone else you work with to work as hard as you do
You are not:
- Conventional
- Looking to coast or want something easy
- Afraid to roll up your sleeves
Compensation:
- Large base salary and equal carry with the other two partners
