About UpGrade

UpGrade is a growth financing fund providing flexible, non-dilutive capital for user acquisition and revenue growth. We partner with companies in gaming, fintech, SaaS, and consumer sectors, offering up to $30M in cohort-based co-financing of sales and marketing.

Our model is founder-friendly: financing is flexible, capped, and repaid only when cohorts generate revenue. No fixed installments, no cash flow mismatch — just aligned growth.

As a product-led private credit fund, we are building technology-driven workflows and automation into every layer of the fund, from deal structuring to monitoring. With a team experienced in structured finance, venture, and scaling global businesses, we are creating a new category of growth capital for companies ready to scale efficiently and sustainably.

Role: Associate

As Associate, you will work directly with the partners and play a hands-on role across the investment and operations lifecycle. This is a unique opportunity to help shape both the fund and its processes from the ground up.

The role offers a clear progression path within the firm, with opportunities to assume greater responsibility in investment decisions, investor relations, and fund management. You will also benefit from structured training, mentorship, and long-term career development in the asset management and private investment space.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including base salary, performance-based bonus opportunities, and potential participation in carried interest schemes. In addition, you will have access to comprehensive benefits and professional development support. Exceptional performance is recognized and rewarded, with scope for accelerated advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain financial models for new deals, including return analysis and terms structuring.
  • Prepare investment materials (teasers, decks, memos) for internal decision-making, LPs, and portfolio companies.
  • Contribute to due diligence processes, evaluating financial, operational, and strategic aspects of potential investments.
  • Monitor existing portfolio performance and report on key metrics.
  • Support fund operations, including capital calls and investor reporting.
  • Drive automation of fund workflows using AI and no-code/low-code tools.

Who You Are

  • Background in finance, venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or startup CFO/finance roles.
  • Strong modeling skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable switching between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Excited about technology, automation, and rethinking how a private-credit fund can operate.
  • Comfortable with reading legal documents and interpreting them for internal procedures.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to work in a lean, fast-moving environment.

Why Join Us

  • First hire at a product-led growth financing fund.
  • Direct exposure to investment decision-making and portfolio management.
  • Work closely with three experienced partners.
  • You will be working with the top-notch Series B / C fast growing companies – their founders and C-Suite.
