Blueprint Equity is Hiring: Associate (Deal Team) – 2026 Class

Blueprint Equity, a $275M growth equity firm focused on enterprise software investments, is seeking high-performing Associates to join our San Diego team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years in tech/TMT investment banking, management consulting, or principal investing
• OR graduating by June 2026 with a degree in business, finance, economics (+ must have internship experience at PE/VC/Growth Equity firm)
• Strong analytical skills and SaaS metrics expertise
• Must be willing to relocate to San Diego, CA (we are in office 3-days a week)

The Role: You’ll work directly with our Managing Partners and broader deal team on deal sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, and portfolio company support across our enterprise software investments.
