Seeking a motivated, detail-oriented and organized individual with a strong business sense to act as the assistant to the Co-Founder of a top tier entertainment management company and related media/technology fund.
This role goes beyond typical assistant duties for a management company, and provides ground level hands-on experience in a rapidly growing entertainment, media & technology fund. Individual will interact with portfolio companies, high net worth individuals, family investment offices, venture capital and private equity partners. Other responsibilities include heavy email and calendar management, travel arrangements, client management, deck/client material building, research and analytics, and department intern management, corporate governance matters, and details relating to overall company operations. Applicant must be able to multi-task and have a desire to learn and work hard. Excellent communication, organization and computer skills required, including Power Point/Evernote and Excel. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree (preferably from a leading undergraduate business school) and outstanding academic credentials. Position has a clear path to becoming an Associate within the rapidly growing fund, which has deployed over $225M into high profile deals in the last 12 months.
