Role
- Participate in and support the investment process from new opportunity identification through due diligence and deal closing
- Prepare investment presentations and investment memoranda for both internal and external audiences
- Build and maintain detailed company financial models, sourcing and pipeline tracker, and proprietary firm databases
- Support ongoing portfolio company management and evaluate follow-on financings
- Work with portfolio company executives to help achieve goals
- Manage internal reporting processes for the portfolio (quarterly company reporting, valuation, impact reporting, etc.)
Requirements
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, strong work ethic and leadership skills
- A demonstrated commitment to social responsibility
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, work independently and as a part of teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong financial modeling technical skills
- An accomplished track record of at least 2 years in investment banking, private equity/venture capital, consulting, public accounting, or other relevant experience
- Strong academic background
