Tasks
As a venture partnerYou have full responsibility for our customer projects, whereby a customer for us can be one of Germany’s hidden champions in the field of mechanical engineering as well as a listed company from the insurance industry. You are in constant contact with the top management of these companies and independently ensure the success of the project. Bridgemakers Venture Partners create new digital strategies in close collaboration with our customers. In order to guarantee the successful implementation of the projects, security in resource management is required. A venture partner contributes significantly to the development of our corporate culture and strategy,
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience (at least 5 years), including at least two years of experience in project management or personnel management
- Experience in corporate or innovation consulting is desirable
- Ideally, knowledge in the field of company formation
- Pronounced customer-oriented thinking and communication skills
- Analytical and strategic skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Very good German and English skills are a basic requirement
