IW Capital is seeking to grow its resources and recruit an energetic and skilled PE or VC professional to originate and execute new equity investments into UK SME’s. This role is a full-time Investment Director, based in our Mayfair office. The right candidate will have at least 4 years of PE or VC investment experience and the candidate must be able to demonstrate a track record of having executed a number of equity transactions, ideally with a small to mid cap VC or PE house. The candidate should have strong structuring skills and an ambition to build and manage a portfolio of investments. Some experience of debt and mezzanine transactions would be an advantage.
