COSEF is the first locally domiciled impact investment company in Uganda that provides financing and technical assistance to growth companies. The company’s objective is superior financial returns for investors and measurable social impact.
COSEF is looking for 2 Principals to join its team. The individuals should have vast experience in deal origination, investment and exit managements in emerging markets, working with reputable venture capital or private equity firms. Operational and investing experience in the agro-processing, clean technology and financial technology sectors is an added advantage.
Applicants should clearly explain the venture capital/private equity firms they have worked with, their roles, investments made and exited with original values compared to exit values and how they added value to portfolio companies.
Qualification
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Entrepreneurship or related field.
