Invitalia Ventures SGR (LinkedIn, Crunchbase) seeks two investment managers to integrate into its Investment Team.
The resources will support the Managing Director in Venture Capital Management and an investment team designed to analyze, negotiate and execute the investment in Start Up Innovative to be submitted to the Investment Committee and the Company’s CDA.
In particular, the two Investment Managers will provide support in the following activities:
• market scouting;
• business analysis;
• due diligence;
• negotiation;
• closing investment;
• portfolio management.
