OBJECTIVE
Manage the investment portfolio of Fiinlab. Guarantee the structuring and administration of investments protecting the interests of Gentera, translating Fiinlab’s investment strategy into transactions. Mitigating the risks involved in investments and generating investment recommendations in rounds and subsequent. Coordinating and executing the Fiinlab projects through acquisitions, investments, integrations and divestments aligned with the Innovation strategy to help execute Fiinlab’s investment strategy.

Investment management protecting the interests of Gentera. Mitigating the risks involved in investments.
MAIN CHALLENGES
1. Evaluation, analysis and recommendation about investment opportunities.
2. Structuring and negotiation of transactions, including the execution of due diligence.
3. Manage the investment portfolio, recommend action plans on current investments, monitoring and analysis of compliance with goals and indicators of the Startups invested.
4. Relate to entrepreneurs for investment management.
5. Manage investment portfolios between $ 300 and $ 800 million pesos.
Schooling:
BA in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related.
Experience:
- 2-4 Experience in structuring, valuation and negotiation of investments in Start ups or
- Venture Capital Funds. Participation in due diligence processes.
Specific Knowledge:
- Strategic and financial analysis; valuation of companies, general knowledge of due diligence processes and venture capital investment structures
