Your tasks
As soon as possible, we are looking for you to support the construction of the Deutsche Bahn Digital Venture in Berlin. Venture Capital Investment and Sale Transactions:
- Identification, screening, analysis and presentation of investment opportunities
- Execution of commercial analyzes, as well as supervision of due diligence processes in cooperation with external service providers
- Negotiation, Contracting and Transaction Management of portfolio companies:
- Preparation of advisory and shareholder meetings
- Budget analysis, business plans, personnel planning and IP
- Monitoring and reporting of the portfolio companies
- Preparation and coordination of investment rounds
- Reporting and Governance for Management and Investment Committee
your profile
- University or Fachhochschulabschluss ideally in the natural sciences (IT / mathematics / technology), several degrees beneficial for example combination of economic and technical subjects, MBA or structural business administration is a plus
- Experience abroad (study, internships, etc.) ideally in the US or UK
- 2 to 4 years professional experience in Venture Capital or Corporate Venture Capital, Investment Banking and Corporate M & A
- Enthusiasm for and understanding of digital business models
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong social skills and communication skills
