In our corporate strategy, M & A plays a central role. In this sense, you have the opportunity to participate as an intern investments (m / w) within 3-6 months.
Your tasks
As part of the internship, you will support us as a full-fledged team member in the management of contacts in corporations and large companies and communication with decision makers in portfolio companies. In the M & A area you help the mutares team with analyzes in the assessment of potential takeover targets. Specifically, this means that you create market analyzes and company profiles, collaborate on business valuations and financial analysis, and assist in the organization and coordination of projects.
your profile
You are a graduate in economics, engineering or science and are interested in business topics such as private equity, capital markets, corporate valuations or the purchase and sale of company shares. In addition, they are fluent in German and English in spoken and written and have very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). They preferred to be in touch with M & A topics in previous internships and, above all, they are characterized by their confident manner, their own initiative, their ability to work independently as well as their teamwork and communication skills.
