Description
This summer internship (minimum 2 months, maxiumum 5 months) is the perfect opportunity to join us as we invest in the next generation of world-class entrepreneurial talent and support our existing portfolio as they build out their vision.
What you will do
– Working on Agriculture and Food technology startups
– Performing industry landscape evaluations
– Conducting market sizing and competitor research
– Building financial models to stress test unit economics
– Conducting analysis on company materials
– Deal screening: call and/or meet with prospects, evaluate opportunities
– Participating in meetings with founders
– Searching for and proposing new investment targets

Requirements
– Your are enthusiastic and motivated
– You can work in an independent and goal-oriented manner, with an entrepreneurial mindset
– You are team oriented and ambitious
– You have a love for agriculture, food, health and nutrition
– You are comfortable with numbers and have the capability to draw decisions based on both intuition and data
– You are studying or have an outstanding degree from a top university, degree courses such as Biotechnology, Microbiology, Food Engineering or related fields are a plus
– Previous work experience in a startup, top-tier consulting firm, IB or VC is a plus
– You speak English fluently, speaking Dutch is a plus
