Who Can Apply
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in the United States, with an outstanding record of academic achievement, the ability to work in a fast-paced deal environment, and an interest in finance, entrepreneurship, and the private capital markets.
About the Program
We are looking for interns to support deal-related activities on multiple live transactions. The internship program has a flexible start date with a minimum ten-week commitment and can be designed concurrently with university coursework. Under the guidance of experienced Belstone deal professionals, interns will gain a first-hand understanding of the dynamics surrounding private capital transactions and Belstone’s modern merchant banking model.
Core responsibilities will include:
- Generating investor lists
- Compiling data and research to support live deals
- Constructing preliminary financial summaries
- Drafting preliminary diligence questions
