VC Fellow @ Palladium in Lagos, Nigeria

Palladium (LinkedIn, Crunchbase) is a global leader in the design, development and delivery of Positive Impact – the intentional creation of enduring social and economic value. We work with foundations, investors, governments, corporations, communities and civil society to formulate strategies and implement solutions that generate lasting social, environmental and financial benefits.

For the past 50 years, we have been making Positive Impact possible. With a team of more than 2,500 employees operating in 90 plus countries and a global network of more than 35,000 technical experts, Palladium has improved – and is committed to continuing to improve – economies, societies and most importantly, people’s lives.

Palladium is an equal – opportunities employer, and we encourage applications from groups under-represented in the workforce. We offer a flexible working environment, with tailored opportunities for career and professional development.
The duration of the role is 3 months. In accordance with Palladium Impact Investments expansion plans and pending the suitability of the candidate, the fellowship may be extended or rolled into a permanent position if considered appropriate by Palladium Impact Investments.

In 2015 Palladium created a new strategic proposition to focus on Impact Investing. Palladium’s objective is to become a direct impact investor then ultimately an impact investing intermediary, to facilitate the flow of capital into impact investing opportunities globally.

Building upon its existing International Development business, which delivers development projects for major donors across over 90 countries, Palladium is very well placed to become an impact investor.
