Shanda Group (LinkedIn, Crunchbase) is looking to bring in a VC Director and Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth fundamental research and analysis on private companies in brain-related technology (early stage), including but not limited to product and technology know-how, market dynamics, competitive landscape and regulatory trends.
- Perform technology and commercial due diligence on specific deal opportunities and prepare the investment reports.
- Participate in deal sourcing and deal execution, and other strategic initiatives.
- Promote the knowledge sharing within the company for related industry.
Qualifications:
- PhD in brain-tech related major.
- Have 5 year or above experience in leading-tech industry and consulting firm/investment banking/ Venture Capital.
- Solid financial/modelling skills and smart with good analytical skills.
- Capability to identify investment opportunities and source potential investments.
- Fast learner and self-motivated.
