We are looking for a curious high potential to join our La Famiglia Investment Team as a full-time Venture Associate in Berlin. This role will allow you to work in a young European venture firm with some of the world’s best entrepreneurs from the old and new economy. Your job responsibilities:
•Become a full time member of our investment team: Source, evaluate and manage your ideals with close interaction of a Partner as well as our entrepreneurial investor network and the broader operational team
•Get ahead of the next big disruption: Research and build expertise in themes around technology sectors, conduct industry analyses and uncover business models with the potential to turn entire industries upside down
•Go hunting for the next unicorn: Conduct deep dive due diligence on deals and develop
quantitative business models to project investment potential of deals in line with our invest criteria
• Work along with Europe ́s leading founders: Work with and support our portfolio companies
• Always put our entrepreneurs first: Ensure seamless operations, m anage our deal pipeline, take responsibility for the CRM
Your qualifications:
•Outstanding degree from a top university
•First working experience in high performance environments such as consulting, VC or
start up
•Exceptional interpersonal skills
•Ideally strong digital or even coding skills
•Strong structuring and analytical abilities as well as good interpersonal skills
•You should be passionate about the digital early stage sector and be naturally curious to learn about businesses
•You should be independent, hands on, flexible, open minded and fast
•Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
