Qualifications
- First-year MBA candidates in global top MBA schools, able to commit more than 10 weeks of internship.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, knowledgeable about the China market.
- Gathers input from a variety of internal and external stakeholders to develop sound, well-supported investment recommendations based on both underlying strategy and financial returns.
- Outstanding communication skills, with ability to face both technical and non-technical audiences as well as executive management.
- Comfort working in a multinational, matrixed organization, with the ability to work effectively both individually and as a member of multiple teams.
- Commitment to excellence, integrity, and innovation.
- Relevant experience in the technology industry: in corporate, consulting, banking or financial advisory is a plus.
