Exceed Capital is looking to hire 1-2 associates for my new firm Exceed Capital. We launched in late 2017 as a global investment platform focused on education technology and human capital development services. We have flexible capital to deploy in later stage venture / growth equity / and select buyouts.
This is an opportunity to join the founding team/partners either in San Francisco or New York.
The ideal candidates will have:
1) a strong academic and professional track record
2) 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting and/or buy-side investing (VC or PE)
3) demonstrable evidence of leadership with an ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial setting
4) quantitative acumen with a bias for fact-based, structured problem-solving
5) mature presence with effective verbal/written communication skills
Key responsibilities will include deal sourcing, due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio management.
