The Associate will support the firm in all aspects of its investment process. Projects will include market research and analysis, screening of investment opportunities, financial modeling and analysis, due diligence, deal negotiation and documentation support. The Associate will have the opportunity to take on board observer roles with the firm’s portfolio companies.
Requisite Experience:
The ideal candidate will have two to four years of full time work expeirience, a developed knowledge base of the CMT market and some operating experience. However, the firm’s primary focus is on hiring highly analytical candidates with a demonstrated track record of success. To that end, a varitey of background will be considered for the position. Preference will be given to candidates with CMT experience in any of the following fields:
- Product management, marketing or corporate development
- Investment banking or equity research
- Strategy consulting
Tenure: Two year commitment with a possible third year for high performers.
