Requirements
- 2-4 years of full-time work experience in VC, PE, investment banking or consulting
- Exceptional analytical excel skills, including financial modeling and analysis
- Experience or strong interest in the venture capital ecosystem
- Desire to grow skills and take on increasing responsibility, but also willing to “roll-up” your sleeves to work in the details
- Willingness to do a broad variety of tasks with a tremendous attention to detail
- An all-around great person to complement the world-class team Dreamit has built
- Commutable distance to Philadelphia or willing to relocate

Responsibilities
- Assist senior team with due diligence on potential investment opportunities
- Prepare diligence presentations for Dreamit’s Investment Committee
- Financial modeling and analysis to support Dreamit’s investment team with internal strategy discussions
- Actively manage portfolio data for analysis and quarterly reporting
- Work closely with accounting to ensure timely and accurate transfer of data for fund reporting, LP communication and financial statement preparation
- Assist Dreamit’s investment team on fundraising activity for subsequent venture funds
- Ad hoc projects to support Dreamit’s broader vision

Experience:
- advanced Excel modeling and analysis: 2 years (Required)
