Opportunity to join a growing and dynamic Venture Capital firm as an Investment Analyst in Philadelphia


  • 2-4 years of full-time work experience in VC, PE, investment banking or consulting
  • Exceptional analytical excel skills, including financial modeling and analysis
  • Experience or strong interest in the venture capital ecosystem
  • Desire to grow skills and take on increasing responsibility, but also willing to “roll-up” your sleeves to work in the details
  • Willingness to do a broad variety of tasks with a tremendous attention to detail
  • An all-around great person to complement the world-class team Dreamit has built
  • Commutable distance to Philadelphia or willing to relocate

  • Assist senior team with due diligence on potential investment opportunities
  • Prepare diligence presentations for Dreamit’s Investment Committee
  • Financial modeling and analysis to support Dreamit’s investment team with internal strategy discussions
  • Actively manage portfolio data for analysis and quarterly reporting
  • Work closely with accounting to ensure timely and accurate transfer of data for fund reporting, LP communication and financial statement preparation
  • Assist Dreamit’s investment team on fundraising activity for subsequent venture funds
  • Ad hoc projects to support Dreamit’s broader vision
