We are looking for an energetic self-starter to join our team as a full-time Analyst, based in either San Francisco or Los Angeles. This role will actively participate in the operations of our fund, and will have the opportunity to interact extensively with fund leadership, CEOs, and industry leaders in our network. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate incoming investment opportunities by conducting research and meeting with founders
- Assist in due diligence including competitive analyses, market research, financial analysis, management team reviews, legal and capitalization review, contract review; create investment memorandum
- Conduct research on market trends, sectors, and investment prospects
- Perform other projects, work and activities as assigned
Ideal Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong analytical thinker; can synthesize discrete pieces of information into a conclusion
- Develops an independent point of view
- Informed on financial services and technologies
- High business acumen
- Top-notch written and oral communication skills
- Proven self-starter, highly motivated personality, able to succeed in unstructured environment
