Description of the job
Airbus Ventures is the management company of the venture fund that Limited Partner is Airbus Group.
Airbus Ventures manages $ 150 million through a Silicon Valley operation to cover
the US and a Paris location to cover Europe and Israel.
Airbus Ventures aims to invest in start-ups that will draw new business models and new technologies that will change the aerospace industry with a focus on the following sectors:
vehicle autonomy, connectivity, the factory of the future , new energies, new materials, cybersecurity and space exploration. Several investments have already been made in these areas (http://www.airbusventures.vc/).
This internship will begin April 1, 2018 (date subject to flexibility) and will be for a period of 6 months and will take place Raymond Poincaré Avenue Paris 16th.

Tasks & accountabilities
The internship consists of working in full immersion within the investment team.
In this context, you will participate in the analysis of new investment dossiers in start-ups, mainly in early stage:
· Participation in the early stages of deal flow screening
· Participation in due diligence (business review plan including financial modeling and valuation analysis)
· Meeting with start-up
executives · Preparation of sectoral summary notes and updating of databases
Required skills
This position concerns Bac + level students 5 or equivalent engineer with ambition 3rd
cycle / double degree.
In addition, the post assumes a strong interest in innovation, new technologies and their valorization.
It also requires a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis combined with rigor and
dynamism to become quickly independent and force proposal in the selection of investments.
