Rosemark Capital is a late-stage Venture Capital firm based in Princeton, NJ that focuses on Digital Health and Marketing Technology. We are seeking candidates to support our deal origination, industry research and due diligence process. While working alongside Rosemark’s professionals, the Summer Analyst will gain exposure to high-tech industries and interact directly with CEOs and managers of Rosemark’s target investments as well as with the wider Venture Capital community.
Deal Sourcing: Support Rosemark’s efforts in sourcing deals across its investment sectors. In addition, identify new potential investments by performing marketing research, consult and meet with industry leaders and network with entrepreneurs and other venture capital funds.
Company Assessment & Due Diligence:
- Conduct initial research on existing competitors and target specificindustry trends
- Perform enterprise valuation analysis via financial and market modeling
- Develop findings and draft required investors’ presentations
Industry Research: Expand and update Rosemark’s industry knowledgebase within its investment domains.
