You will be a core part of a small and dynamic team. Salesforce Ventures-the company’s global investment arm-has invested in more than 150 enterprise cloud startups since 2009. In October 2015, we announced a commitment to invest $100M in Europe given the level and pace of innovation. Our current portfolio includes innovative European cloud companies such as CartoDB, Cloud9 IDE, NewVoiceMedia, Qubit and Universal Avenue.
Salesforce Ventures is part of the Corporate Development team, which as a group is responsible for Corporate Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Investments and M&A Integration. Salesforce Ventures is tasked with creating long-term value, helping maintain the company’s competitive advantage and advancing its strategic objectives by (i) identifying growth opportunities within new markets and new technology segments (ii) evaluating investments that leverage these opportunities and (iii) managing investments from deal sourcing through to execution.
