The Global Fintech Acceleration teamdesigns and executes high impact innovation initiatives to advance on Citi’s mission of becoming the world’s digital bank. The team’s mission is to source, accelerate, promote and support the implementation of innovative digital solutions and business models by leveraging the power of ‘Open Innovation’ with a global community of FinTech innovators and allies within all the regions and all the business across Citi. The team nurtures and supports an external strategic Ally ecosystem to achieve Citi’s business objectives. In addition, GFA grows and promotes a pipeline of tech solutions that accelerate Citi’s digital transformation and position it as a thought leader in innovation and FinTech.
The Program Manager / Ecosystem Developer works with the Global Head of FinTech Acceleration and Open Innovation to conceptualize and launch far-reaching open innovation initiatives to promote innovation within Citi businesses.
