Responsibilities
- Lead deal sourcing, originating and analyzing investment opportunities in pharmaceuticals, medtech and healthcare service
- Conduct industry research and deal due diligence
- Build financial models for forecasting and valuations
- Produce and present internal memoranda and investment presentations
- Other responsibilities assigned by the top management ent departments.
- Other task assigned by management team
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare service/ medical devices investment industry, including Private Equity, Corporate M&A, investment banking or public investing.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Native level Mandarin. Proficient in business writing in Chinese.
