Andreessen Horowitz, a high technology venture capital firm, has an immediate opening for a Financial Operations Partner and a Talent Partner.
The Financial Operations Partner will join the Business Operations team to deepen the firm’s understanding of portfolio companies by 1) interfacing with Portfolio Company finance organizations to conduct in-depth reviews, and 2) building financial reporting to inform the partnership of each company’s progress and trajectory.
As a Talent Partner in Technical Talent and People Practices you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate, advise, and establish meaningful relationships with top talent and startups. You will be able to leverage your knowledge of talent acquisition strategies while assisting talented people achieve their career aspirations.
