We are seeking an associate for our New York office. The associate will work directly with an EIP Managing Director and will assist in all phases of the venture capital investment process, including:
- Source and screen prospective investments
- Review business plans
- Perform due diligence on potential investments
- Research market trends and dynamics
- Develop investment committee memorandums
- Develop financial models
- Ongoing portfolio support and administration
- Help out with firmwide on key operational activities / events / presentations
