We are seeking an Investment Analyst to join the firm and become an integral part of the investment team. As an Investment Analyst, you will:
- Analyze companies and industry subsectors to ascertain market size and opportunities, sector headwinds and tailwinds and competitive positioning of the constituents
- Perform extensive primary due diligence through customer/competitor calls, industry conferences, online resources
- Create thoughtful analyses to understand, monitor and project key metrics that underpin the investment case
- Otherwise broadly contribute to the team-oriented investment process
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong academic track record
- 2+ years of top-tier investment banking analyst program and preferably 1-3 years of buy-side investing experience (public or private equity)
- Solid analytical skills (including financial modeling, valuation, and use of Excel)
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player
- Superior intellectual curiosity and independence of thought
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Highest standard of integrity and compliance
