10X has a significant, successful track record in SPACs, on the target side (Draft Kings) as well as the sponsor side (the acquisition of Shift by Insurance Acquisition Corp), and is the sponsor of 10X Capital Venture Acquisition, a new SPAC seeking late stage venture / growth equity -backed technology companies disrupting trillion dollar markets, including consumer, healthcare and financial services. We are also investors in multiple outside sponsor SPACS.
We are seeking a full time deal team captain, with experience as an investment banking or private equity analyst or associate and a fanatical work ethic, top join our NYC-based team and help us quarterback our SPAC, late stage venture, and equity capital markets transactions. Experience with SPAC formation, Wall-crossing/PIPEs, business combinations, and/or de-SPACs, and general mergers, acquisitions, and equity capital markets are all a plus.
You will be responsible for coordinating with our CEO, SPAC Management team & board, equity and debt capital markets teams, as well as target companies and investment banks/underwriters. The ability to rapidly cut through a data room, get market color, run diligence, and develop decks to help win business are critical.
