We have an exciting opportunity for a candidate to work on interesting VC and M&A projects. As our Investment Manager, you will help our clients to find the right deals and maximize their returns. We expect a minimum of 3 years of venture capital experience, with demonstrable deal success preferred. Strong writing and communication skills, as well as English and Chinese proficiency, are required. The manager will be working under the supervision of our president. Education, Skills, and QualificationsAt least master’s degree requiredMust be fluent in English and ChineseAt least 3 years of experience working in the venture capital industry, preferably with demonstrable deal success in TMT/Healthcare/Advanced Manufacturing industries. Other related experiences (e.g. private equity, investment banking) will also be considered.Deep understanding of venture capital financings and private company structure.Good knowledge of the China market. Understanding of another market is a plus.Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization.Substantive experience in drafting and negotiating documentation related to financial/commercial matters. Legal document negotiation experience is a plusAbility to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams.Ability to work independently with little or no supervision in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of transactions.Experience establishing and maintaining corporate entities.Related certifications (e.g. AICPA/CICPA, CFA, Bar Exam) is a plus, but not requiredAuthorized to work in the US and/or China without sponsorship
