Our Director of Corporate Development & Ventures is part of the Strategy & Business Development group at Bose. This critical role will own the evaluation and management of new strategic business opportunities, initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, alliances and/or joint ventures for the company. Coordinates market analysis, monitors and competitive activity, build pipeline and makes recommendations on deals to pursue. Provides leadership in the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementing of strategic business plans and objectives. Defines vision, strategies, and tactics.

Expand and lean into networks in start-up and venture capital ecosystems to build additional deal flow for Bose including sourcing, assessing and make recommendations.

Required Experience

BA/BS, MBA preferred plus 8+ years in venture capital, corporate development, business development and partnership work. Proven track record in implementing successful deals.

Continually show passion for new business creation, technology-driven innovation, and delivering compelling new experiences to customers.

Location:

Flexible hybrid work model at our Corporate HQs in Framingham, MA. Will prioritize local candidates.
