The Associate will support the delivery team in preparing and handling project documentation. This individual is responsible for assisting with administrative tasks related to the delivery team, contributing to efficient operations. Additionally, the individual works directly with business stakeholders, general counsel, and external suppliers to prepare documentation for approval. The Associate gets involved in fact-finding tasks and helps manage issues by being organized, detail-oriented, professional, responsible, and committed.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Hybrid Work Format – Required to be at offices in Center City Philadelphia 2 to 3 days a week (will consider fully remote positions for the right candidate, but ideally in the Philadelphia PA metro area)
• Comfortable working with senior leaders, up to and including the C-suite
• Follows instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions
• Works under immediate supervision; typically reports to a Manager
• Ability to draft business terms, such as SOW, requirements, etc.
• Ability prioritize work and manage competing priorities
• Ability to prepare presentations, business memo
• Advance Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree or its equivalent in experience (5+ years of experience) in the field or related area
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the procurement discipline
• Familiarity with legal terminology and principles
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Ability to meet deadlines and provide exemplary customer service
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Paralegal certificate a plus but not required
