Alignment Credit
Alignment Credit is looking for Associate / Vice President level candidates, to start working immediately on a full-time basis, or part-time with the opportunity to transition to full-time in a few months. This is a great opportunity for an entrepreneurially-minded mid-career investment professional, or a recent graduate interested in the private equity / private debt industry. Job responsibilities will include:
– sourcing and executing private debt transactions with lower middle-market companies,
– monitoring and managing Alignment’s investment portfolio,
– identifying and studying new target investment sectors and ideas, and
– participating in firm-building and fundraising process.
The ideal candidate would have, at a minimum, 2-3 years in the Analyst or Associate role in the Leveraged Finance or M&A group at a reputable investment bank, and / or have experience in corporate credit from a lending institution, rating agency or private debt / equity fund.
