Role Summary 

Our Growth team is looking for motivated individuals to join our two-year Analyst Development Program. Our Analysts provide support to our broader investment team on a wide range of tasks with a particular focus on our top-of-funnel activities (industry research, market maps, deal sourcing and qualifying). Through their work, Analysts gain significant exposure to our deal processes, network, and broader private investing teams. With dedicated mentors and curated development plans, Analysts have an opportunity to chart a path to a successful career as an investor or operator.

The annual base salary for this role is $157,500, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
