The Role & Responsibilities

Giant Ventures is seeking a full-time Investment Analyst. The investing role will primarily include the following activities, from seed to growth stage investing:

  • Identify and diligence start-ups for investment
  • Support elements of the investment process including founder meetings, memo creation, and deal execution
  • Develop relationships with and support existing and future founders
  • Represent Giant’s brand to both entrepreneurs and other investors
  • Work on Giant’s impact reporting, creating frameworks and case studies
  • Contribute to internal operations

Requirements

Successful applicants will:

  • Have 2-4 years of work experience at either a high-growth start-up, investment firm, management/strategy consultancy, or investment bank
  • Ideally, but not necessarily, have a technical, economic, applied engineering, or scientific academic background
  • Have a can-do attitude, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality, insatiable curiosity, and drive to excel
  • Be an independent solution-oriented thinker and a collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial approach to creative problem-solving and a self-starter mindset
  • Be able to be based in London
